Mong Kok in Hong Kong is one of the most busy areas in the world, shops and restaurants are open late at night, noise and lights signs pro- duce very high levels of pollution. Light pollution is the most suffered by those families living next the street-signs who emit an arti cial, multicolor “sunlight”. Those who are not able to move must live trapped with thickest curtains available closed .

Politicians have tried to dictate new rules, but Business rules with small and large corporations fighting for best spots spending millions of dollars.
